1. Overview

This policy describes what data WITH collects, why, and how it is handled. WITH is operated by George Longovitis. We collect very little data and do not sell or share it.

2. What we collect

Purchase data (via Stripe)
When you subscribe, your email address and payment are handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

License data (via Supabase)
We store your license key, email, name, Stripe customer ID, and subscription status in our database (Supabase) to validate your access and keep your subscription in sync. This data is retained for as long as your license is active.

Session and preference data (via Supabase)
To power your personal stats, streaks, and heatmap on the Home screen, we store a record of each session you complete — when it started and ended, how many squeezes you did, which muscle groups, intensity, and duration. We also store your session preferences (duration, intensity, hold length, audio cue, selected muscle groups, visuals setting) so the app remembers your setup between visits. This is data you optionally share by configuring the app — nothing here is required to use WITH.

You can stop this at any time — toggle "Data Measuring" off in Settings, and no further session or preference data is recorded. This doesn't erase what's already stored; to delete existing data, contact us (see below) and we'll remove it. The global squeeze counter shown on our homepage is separate, 100% anonymous, and never tied to your account, regardless of this setting.

Anonymous usage analytics (via Vercel Analytics)
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, cookieless page view statistics — page visits, country-level location, device type, and referrer. No personal data is collected or stored. This cannot be used to identify you.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect biometric or medical data, use tracking cookies, or use third-party advertising. We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the sub-processors listed below. See "What we collect" above for the exercise-session and preference data WITH does store, and how to turn it off.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on the following third-party services to operate WITH:

Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
Supabase — license, session, and preference data storage
Vercel — hosting and anonymous analytics
Google Forms — if you use our feedback form, Google processes what you submit
Cloudflare R2 — hosts the exercise video clips shown in the app; serves public static files only, no personal data passes through it

5. GDPR

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the feedback form, 𝕏 @GLongovitis, or the email address on your Stripe purchase receipt, and we will respond within 30 days. The personal data we hold is: your email, name, license key, Stripe customer ID, session history, and saved preferences — all of which can be deleted on request. You can also stop new session and preference data from being collected at any time via the "Data Measuring" toggle in Settings, without needing to contact us.

6. Cookies

WITH does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless by design.

7. Children's privacy

WITH is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
