WITH is a simple reminder tool — not a medical device, fitness program, or source of health advice.
Talk to a doctor first if you have injuries, pain, circulation issues, or any medical condition. Isometric contractions raise blood pressure sharply, especially if you hold your breath. Check with a qualified clinician before using WITH if you have:
- High blood pressure or any heart condition
- A history of stroke or aneurysm
- Glaucoma, retinal problems, or recent eye surgery
- A hernia, or recent abdominal or pelvic surgery
- Any circulation disorder
Breathe normally through every contraction. Never hold your breath.
Never act on a cue while driving, near water, while operating machinery, or when sick. A workout can always wait.
Bar holds: check the bar is secure and holds your weight, keep your feet close to the floor, and let go before your grip fails.

1. Overview
These terms govern your use of WITH and the website at with.gkogko.app. By purchasing or using WITH, you agree to these terms.
2. Who you're contracting with
WITH is operated by George Longovitis, sole trader, based in Athens, Greece.

If the business is later transferred to a company owned or controlled by George Longovitis, these terms transfer with it and continue to apply unchanged.
3. What WITH is
WITH is a browser-based isometric exercise reminder tool. It runs in your browser and prompts you to perform brief muscle contractions throughout your day. It is not a medical device and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. See the Disclaimer above — it forms part of these terms.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase either plan.
5. License
WITH Classic grants you permanent personal access to Mono — the audio-only experience, including every muscle group and subgroup. The WITH subscription grants you everything in Classic plus the video modes (Coy and Bullish) for as long as the subscription stays active. Any completed subscription payment also earns you permanent access to Mono, which you keep if the subscription later ends.
Access under either plan is non-transferable. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key, reverse engineer WITH, or attempt to circumvent the license system.
6. Updates
Both plans include future updates to the features they cover, at no additional cost. Classic includes future improvements to Mono. The video modes are part of the subscription only.
7. Plans and payment
There are two plans, both including VAT where applicable:
WITH Classic — $5, paid once. No renewal, no recurring charge. Access does not expire.
WITH — $10 per month. Renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Payments for both are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe emails you a receipt on each charge.
You may upgrade from Classic to the subscription at any time from the app's Settings screen. Upgrading adds the video modes to your existing account; it does not create a second account, and your history and settings are kept.
8. Price changes
We may change the subscription price. If we do, you'll be told at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the new price only applies from your next renewal. You're free to cancel before then. A Classic purchase is already paid in full and is unaffected by any later price change.
9. Failed payments
If a subscription renewal payment fails, Stripe automatically retries the charge over roughly the following two weeks, and your access continues in full throughout that period. If every retry fails, the subscription is cancelled — you then return to Classic and keep permanent access to Mono, losing only the video modes. Resubscribe anytime. Classic purchases involve no renewal and cannot fail this way.
10. Cancellation
Cancel the subscription anytime via the "Manage subscription" link in the app. Access continues to the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle, except under Section 11.
Cancelling returns you to Classic: you keep permanent access to Mono — every muscle group and subgroup, along with your history and stats — and lose only the video modes. This applies whether or not you ever bought Classic separately, since any completed subscription payment earns permanent Mono access.
Classic itself has nothing to cancel: it is a single payment, not a subscription, and it does not renew.
11. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from either plan within 14 days of your payment — your first subscription payment, or your Classic purchase — without giving a reason. Contact us within those 14 days via the feedback form or 𝕏 @GLongovitis — any clear statement that you're withdrawing is enough. Your access will be revoked and a full refund issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your notice. For the subscription this applies to your first payment only; for Classic it applies to the single purchase. Withdrawal revokes all access granted by that payment, including any permanent Mono access it would otherwise have earned.
12. Availability and discontinuation
WITH is a small tool run by one person. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and browser or platform changes outside our control may temporarily break things. We'll fix what we can.
If we discontinue WITH entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and stop billing. Subscribers are refunded the unused portion of their current billing period. Because a Classic purchase buys permanent access rather than a period of time, we will instead refund any Classic purchase made in the 12 months before the notice.
13. Acceptable use
Don't use WITH for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others.
14. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms. Except in cases of fraud or deliberate abuse of the license system, we'll give you notice and a chance to fix it, and if we terminate anyway we'll refund the unused portion of your current billing period, or — for a Classic purchase — the purchase price if it was made in the previous 12 months.
15. Intellectual property
WITH — the software, the name, the design, and all content on with.gkogko.app — belongs to George Longovitis. Your subscription grants access, not ownership. All rights reserved.

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
17. Warranties and your statutory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WITH is provided without warranties beyond those the law requires — we don't promise it's error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
This does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU and Greek law, including your right to have WITH conform to what was described and to a remedy if it doesn't. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
18. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from WITH is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
19. Third-party services
WITH depends on services we don't control — payment processing, hosting, and your browser. We're not responsible for their failures or their own terms.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. If a change materially affects you, we'll give notice before your next renewal. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
21. Assignment
We may transfer these terms to a successor if WITH is sold or restructured; your rights stay the same. You may not transfer your subscription to anyone else.
22. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
23. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this doesn't deprive you of the mandatory protections of your own country's law, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
